At Philly GF, we take great care to earn our gluten-free certifications. Our products are manufactured in a 100% gluten-free environment. There are absolutely no products of any type containing gluten in our facility. Only gluten-free pastas are made in our machines and all of our ingredients come from 100% gluten-free certified manufacturers, dairies and farms. Our associates are not permitted to bring any personal food items onto our premises. Our uniforms are never present in an environment which handles products with gluten.

This committment to your dietary needs meets and exceeds the requirements necessary to achieve the distinction of gluten-free from the Celiac-Sprue Association.

The Philadelphia Gluten Free Ravioli & Pasta Company also meets and exceeds all the requirements to be certified "gluten-free" by the US Food & Drug Administration.

We are also proud members of The Celiac Sprue Association as well as members of The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA).

Our committment doesn't just stop at our current offerings of pasta. We are constantly researching and developing new product samplings in an effort to bring a greater diversity of gluten-free offerings to your Family's table. We appreciate how difficult it is to maintain a healthy diet when there are few options available to gluten free product users.
